Bert Coules
writer director speaker
I have twice been invited to New York as one of the speakers at the annual Baker Street Irregulars weekend.
Other appearances have included two of the From Gillette to Brett symposiums at Indiana University as well as events in Riga, London and at venues across the UK including Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's old Jesuit boarding school and one of his homes.
Several schools and colleges have staged my version of Daniel Keyes' Flowers for Algernon and invited me along to see the performance and talk to the cast and backstage team.
Online chats include a BBC Cult interview, an encounter with the Baker Street Babes and I Hear of Sherlock Everywhere.
